4. If products are not shipped back in the original condition or products have been damaged, altered, abused, or connected to an incompatible voltage, a refund will not be issued.

5. Return shipping fee. 

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, we will refund the cost of the product itself.

For quality-related warranty claims, mervace italiano will be cover the shipping fee for return or exchange.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(usually 14 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
